Creating Your Event
This is the fun part! You’ve taken the decision, talked through the basics and have moved into the safe and experienced hands of one of our event managers.
Your event manager is with you from the point of booking until the event is over. Whatever questions you may have, ideas for changes and additions, questions about venues, ideas for menus, concerns or anxieties, they’ll be there for you. And it isn’t a one-way street, if we identify something that might enhance your event, we’ll let you know.
If something unexpected comes up let us know; we can help you deal with that too. You know how it goes... it’s two days before the event and the CEO decides he’s going to visit and see what you’re up to - no problem. We can add him into the event if he’s up for it and, if he isn’t, we’ll fix it. Perhaps a luxury 4x4 and driver so that he can follow the event through the day, maybe a lunch for the CEO and some of his own guests at a local restaurant while the team continue their activities.
It’s about working together to make your event better than best. Remember the happy, smiling faces from the home page? That’s where we’re heading - it’s the ultimate reward for both of us! |
