Event VenuesDifferent, different, different: it’s almost a mantra for us. Of course some venues have to be as you would expect, if you want to sail the venue would be the sea, and all said and done the sea’s the sea, right? Wrong. Even there we make a difference, we have access to some awesome yachts and powerboats, we combine our sailing locations with fantastic onshore restaurants and beautiful natural environments. We’ll identify the best locations available... Then we’ll secure those that aren’t available anywhere else! Working with the Beaulieu estate over the last ten years has given us access to Lord Montagu’s home of Palace House, as well as his famous motor museum. But what is exceptional is that by working with the estate Powerwaves have developed an off road courses with event fields and a helicopter landing pad. We made that happen, so that we can give our customers more, something different that they can’t get anywhere else. We've secured a 1,000 acre woodland site in the heart of the New Forest that will accommodate a host of varied and exciting events in the woods, or on the site's lake. There are practical facilities like changing rooms and simple ones like a log burning stove in the log cabin to create the ideal place to warm up and relax after an exciting outdoor adventure. We can even offer you events at Somerley House, a private house set in 7,000 acres. The home of the Sixth Earl of Normanton is never open to the public, yet Powerwaves can have you dining on gourmet food and fine wines in the Earl’s picture gallery, amidst works by Canaletto, Murillo, Etty and Reynolds - now that’s different!
