The 4x4's are fuelled up, the skipper of the yacht has checked all of the equipment, the vegan meals are ready and the guy with the low-salt diet is perfectly catered for. We've spare shoes waiting for the person who forgot they should have worn trainers and, because we saw from the registration forms that one of your guests has a birthday on the day of the event - there's a secret cake standing by too! There's even a back-up plan waiting in the wings in case half of your guests get stuck in traffic and don't turn up on time. As your event was created and planned you would have been given a detailed itinerary for the day, now that will unfold and become reality before your eyes, with care, precision and attention to detail.
